Welcome to my series "How To" In this space you will find videos that will teach you the how to of the baking world. Launching this series is my How to cut your cake, slab style.

Cake Cutting
Depending on how you cut your cake you can get a certain amount of servings. For example a 6in cake that is 4 layers inside can give you up to 15 tall servings to up to 30 if you cut the serving in half.
An 8in cake will give you 25 tall servings or up to 50 small ones if you cut in half.
